Dental Lab Administrator

Burbank, CA
Full Time
Paid
  • Responsibilities

    Benefits:

    Competitive salary

We are a modern, rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) and digital dental laboratory led by passionate dentists and entrepreneurs. With 7 practices across Southern California and a growing lab specializing in crowns, bridges, implants, and CAD/CAM restorations, we're building a team-driven culture that transforms the dental experience.

We're looking for a Dental Lab Administrator who understands dentistry and knows their way around dental restorations — crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, and the like. You don't need to be a lab technician. A dental assistant or someone with strong clinical knowledge is a great fit, as long as you can assess the quality of what comes in, follow up on cases, and make sure everything arrives on time and meets expectations.

2+ years of dental lab experience — dental assistant background is welcome

Solid understanding of dental restorations and materials (crowns, bridges, implants, zirconia, e.max)

Comfortable reviewing lab work and identifying quality issues

Organized, reliable, and proactive about following up

Strong communication skills — with offices, technicians, and overseas partners

Armenian or Russian language proficiency required

CDT certification or dental technology background a plus, not required

    Key Responsibilities

Review incoming cases and verify all information is complete before production

Serve as the point of contact for dental offices on case updates and concerns

Supervise and support lab technicians and staff

Track turnaround times, remakes, and overall case flow

Manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance
