    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team! As a Dental Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for reading prescriptions, molds, and impressions sent to us and creating a final product that is accurate to those specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of oral anatomy, various dental materials, and the fabrication of dental procedures.

    Key Responsibilities: • Produce CAD designs of removable and all-on-four cases using Exocad • Evaluate records (impressions, models, scans) to check for errors. • Quality control cases into the Lab department • Digitally file incoming cases. • Feed mills, printers, sinter furnases • Operate and maintain CAD/CAM software and milling machines • Run and maintain 3D Printers (SprintRay) for dental applications • Perform regular maintenance on lab equipment • Update Lab Production Sheet weekly and monthly • Manage lab inventory and orders for the lab • Stain and glaze Zirconia restorations with precision and esthetic quality • Nest and process full-arch Zirconia cases • Collaborate with clinical and lab teams to ensure optimal outcomes • Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Adapt to flexible hours as needed • Follow digital protocols and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements

    Qualifications: • Proficient in English • Five years of prior dental lab experience is preferred • Proven experience with Zirconia staining and glazing • Proficiency in nesting full-arch Zirconia cases • Experience with 3D printing in a dental lab setting • Proficient with Exocad (required) • Preferred experience with Blender, hyperDent, ImesIcore • Strong attention to detail and esthetics • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
