Dental and Medical Counsel is a small and growing health care law firm and we are looking to hire a litigation attorney possessing 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities Include:* Communicate effectively and appropriately with opposing counsels, clients, pro se parties, corporate office litigation members and courts.* Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.* Advocate client's interest at hearings, motions, mediations, and arbitrations.* Comply with all standard operational procedures.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Experience in employment law or contract disputes is recommended but not required.

Job Requirements:* Membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Proficient Computer Skills including extensive experience in Microsoft Word/ Excel/Outlook.* Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.* Willing to work in a fast paced environment.
