Patient Experience
• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service • Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere for patients and team members • Clearly communicate treatment plans and financial expectations
Scheduling & Office Flow
• Efficiently schedule patients according to doctor and office guidelines • Confirm appointments and help maintain a productive schedule • Coordinate with doctors and hygienists to ensure smooth daily operations
Insurance & Financial Coordination
• Verify dental insurance benefits prior to appointments • Accurately estimate patient co-pays and deductibles • Read and interpret insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) • Post insurance payments and adjustments to patient accounts • Submit and follow up on insurance claims • Monitor accounts receivable and assist with claim follow-up
Administrative Operations
• Accept and process patient payments • Conduct end-of-day balancing for production and collections • Assist the Office Manager with invoices and office records • Help maintain office computers and software with IT support
Team Expectations

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required (college preferred) • Previous dental front office experience preferred • Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
