We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and professional Front Desk team member to join our busy dental practice. This is a full-time role and a key position responsible for ensuring practice efficiency and positive patient experiences.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred, as many of our patients are Spanish-speaking.
Key Responsibilities
Answer patient calls and respond to messages promptly, accurately, and professionally
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to maintain smooth patient flow
Greet patients warmly while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor
Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect payments
Communicate clearly with patients and the clinical team to prevent errors, delays, or missed tasks
Maintain accurate, well-organized records and uphold patient confidentiality
Accept feedback, follow protocols, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Expectations
Strong organization, time management, and follow-through are essential
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
Team-oriented mindset with accountability and attention to detail
Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute to overall office efficiency
Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month
Pay: $20+/hour, will depend on experience

Dental or medical front office experience preferred, but not required
