Key Details:

• Pay: $22- $25 per hour DOE
• Bilingual Pay Policy: We also have a Bilingual Pay Policy! If you pass the language proficiency test, you are eligible to receive a $1.25 per hour increase
• Schedule: Full-time; M-F; 7:30 am – 4 pm
• Location: 18633 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR

** Who You Are:** You’re a detail oriented, collaborative professional with a passion for improving dental operations. You thrive in both independent and team settings and are comfortable working with data and patients alike. Other qualifications include:

• 1-2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with dental clinic operations and terminology
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; data visualization tools a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with patient outreach and engagement
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in community health or nonprofit settings is a plus

** What You’ll Do:** As the Dental Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the efficiency and strategic goals of our dental department. A typical day will consist of:

• Managing and analyzing dental operations data
• Maintaining dashboards and tracking KPIs
• Coordinating daily clinic operations and optimizing schedules
• Conducting patient outreach
• Collaborating with care teams and leadership to implement data-informed strategies
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts
• Participating in cross-functional planning and meetings
