Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily performance across multiple dental offices. This role is responsible for driving production, improving efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring accountability at every level.
This is not an administrative role — it is a leadership position focused on results.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations across multiple dental locations
Drive production, collections, and profitability
Manage and develop Office Managers and team leads
Monitor KPIs (production, case acceptance, new patients, payroll %)
Improve scheduling efficiency and provider productivity
Implement systems for patient flow and treatment coordination
Ensure compliance with HR, OSHA, and company policies
Identify inefficiencies and execute solutions quickly
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of operations management experience (DSO or multi-location healthcare preferred)
Strong understanding of dental KPIs and practice management
Proven ability to increase production and improve team performance
Experience managing multiple teams and holding staff accountable
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Comfortable with data, reporting, and performance tracking
