Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant Center is a leading practice dedicated to providing exceptional surgical and implant care. Our team is committed to patient education, outstanding clinical outcomes, and fostering strong relationships with referring offices throughout the Chicagoland area. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding the practice’s presence, nurturing referral relationships, and supporting continuing education events. This dynamic position is ideal for a motivated, self-starting professional who enjoys both administrative responsibilities and growth-oriented outreach, including opportunities to engage in practice development and relationship-driven initiatives.

Hours: 35–40 hours per week, occasional evening events (approx. once per month)

Location: Travel to 3 locations across the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute CE events and marketing initiatives.

• Track referrals and maintain strong communication with referral offices.

• Visit referring offices in Chicago, Park Ridge, and surrounding northern suburban areas; build relationships with staff and providers.

• Represent the practice at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

• Assist with marketing projects and materials as needed.

• Take initiative and independently manage tasks to meet goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• College degree required.

• Background in sales, preferably in dental or healthcare-related industries.

• Comfortable driving frequently and visiting multiple offices during the week.

• Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, and confident in networking settings.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
