We are seeking a full time team member for our front office at Comfort Dental Thompson Valley in Loveland.

Working in the front office of the dental practice, you are the first smile that patients see when they walk through our door.

We are looking for a team member that has the following traits:

Self motivated: Not waiting to be told what to do but seeking out and accomplishing tasks.

Kind and patient: We want our patients to feel welcomed and cared for from the moment the give us their first call.

Team player: Only by working as a team can we run efficiently as a practice.

Pay is determined based off of experience level. We prefer 1-3 years of working in a dental office but are willing to train someone that is new to the dental field. Experience with Dentrix preferred. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is even more important than experience!

Our office is open Monday to Saturday. The hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 7:30 pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 1:30pm. Working full time is approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, but we do require employees to work at least 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities:

Checking patients in and out

Scheduling patients

Verifying insurance

Sending claims

Taking payments
