Key Responsibilities: • Warmly greet and check in/out every patient • Manage and optimize dental hygiene schedules • Review treatment plans and help patients understand their care • Handle financial arrangements and collections • Answer phones and support front office communication • Verify and reconcile dental insurance • Manage incoming leads to support practice growth • Assist with social media engagement

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
