    Job Description

    Our Practice Administrators serve as leaders and are the heart and soul of the practice. Our Practice Administrators focus on partnering with our doctors to optimize practice performance and provide the best patient experience. By joining our team, you will have:

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Strategy

    • * Partner with executive leadership to define and implement operational strategies that support long-term growth.
      
      • Lead, mentor and develop the practice culture.

      • Act as a key liaison between clinical leadership and business operations.

    Operational Management

    • * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency in patient experience, clinical performance, and staff engagement.
      
      • Develop and Maintain standard operating procedures

      • Monitor and optimize scheduling, patient flow, and practice efficiency.

    Financial Oversight

    • * Manage budgets and financial performance.
      
      • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs without compromising patient care.

      • Collaborate with executive leadership and report end of month performance.

      • Must have a complete understanding of dental PPO insurance plans to help optimize insurance fee schedules and maintain clear accounting of patient records

    Compliance & Quality Assurance

    • * Maintain and audit compliance protocols, including OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
      

    Technology & Systems

    • * Lead initiatives to streamline processes through practice management software and other tools.
      
      • Oversee implementation and training for new technologies or system upgrades.

    Patient & Staff Experience

    • * Monitor patient satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
      
      • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement across all offices.

    Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
