Orange Dental Partners is a multi-specialty group dental practice that offers Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Pedodontics, and General Dentistry. We are seeking to expand our team in North Palm Beach with an EXPERIENCED dental receptionist. Applying candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office

Schedule appointments for patients

Confirm appointments

Answering phones

Manage and organize specialist referrals

Maintain patient accounts and records

Verify insurance benefits

Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms.

Be caring and responsible with excellent communication skills.

Candidates must have knowledge and experience with the following:

Dental terminology

Dental Insurances including PPO, HMO, and Medicaid

Dental software and basic computer literacy

Understanding of HIPAA

Bilingual in English and Spanish
