About the Role: As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in shaping the patient experience—from the first phone call to post-visit follow-up. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism (in person and over the phone)
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
Present treatment plans and answer patient questions with clarity
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix or similar software
Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Handle payments and review financial arrangements as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous dental or healthcare front office experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Dentrix or similar practice management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
A team player who brings positive energy to the office
Bilingual a plus, but not required
