Flexible schedule - Our office is open Monday - Friday at a total of almost 50 hours a week. Schedules are made based on the office's needs for full time 35-40 scheduled hours / week. NO WEEKENDS!

Front desk tasks:

Answering phones, checking in and checking out patients

Making appointments, taking payments, arranging payment plans

Balancing all payment types at the end of the day

Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records

Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and help to answer any questions they might have

Provide support to dentists, surgeons, and staff as needed

Front desk skills:

Excellent customer service skills

Using the following software programs daily: Dentrix, Dentrix pay, Dexis, Weave, Prexion, Eprescribe, Gmail & Office 365

Dental insurance verification, submission, receiving & entering insurance payments
