    We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) led by passionate dentists and entrepreneurs. With 7 practices across Southern California, we are committed to building a patient-centered, team-driven culture that transforms the dental experience. As we scale, we're looking for a creative, resourceful, and driven Content Creator to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and engage our growing network of patients and team members.

    Pay: $25-28/Hour DOE, Strong Bonus Structure Available tied to sales goal performance.

    Required Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years' experience in a dental front office and treatment coordination role (3+ years preferred).

    Clinical experience in a dental office (Dental Assistant, Hygienist, etc.) highly preferred.

    Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and HMO/PPO insurance requirements.

    Insurance verification experience, including full PPO breakdown and ability to provide accurate treatment and insurance estimates.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present treatment plans and financial options clearly and compassionately.

    Proficient in dental practice software (Open Dental) and electronic health records (EHR).

    Knowledge of third-party financing options (Cherry, etc.).

    Proficiency in common administrative tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

    Ability to multitask across front office duties, including phones, scheduling, check-in/out, and insurance verification.

    Bilingual skills (Armenian) Required

    Job Responsibilities

    Front Office & Patient Experience

    Greet all patients warmly and professionally; update patient information and insurance data as needed.

    Answer all incoming calls as the first responder; direct calls or take accurate messages as appropriate.

    Register new patients, explain office policies, and provide necessary forms (welcome letter, information sheets, etc.).

    Text or email welcome packages to all new patients before their first visit.

    Maintain a clean and organized reception and file area.

    Comply with all HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.

    Patient Communication & Case Presentation

    Review proposed treatment plans with patients in a clear and compassionate manner.

    Answer patient questions regarding procedures, recovery, costs, and timing.

    Emphasize the benefits of proposed treatment and the risks of non-treatment.

    Build strong rapport and trust with patients to encourage treatment acceptance.

    Financial Coordination

    Provide accurate treatment estimates based on insurance coverage and office fees.

    Present and explain payment options including third-party financing, office plans, or pre-payment discounts.

    Collect deposits, co-payments, and outstanding balances as required prior to or at time of treatment.

    Ensure all financial agreements are documented and signed.

    Scheduling & Coordination

    Schedule, confirm, and follow up on all patient appointments; maintain a productive and efficient schedule for doctors and hygienists.

    Track outstanding treatment plans and follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled.

    Maintain a short-call list and fill last-minute cancellations promptly; confirm appointments 48 hours in advance via phone, text, or email.

    Ensure a smooth hand-off between the clinical team and front office.

    Insurance & Authorization Support

    Verify insurance benefits for all new patients and update existing patients' insurance records.

    Confirm benefits, limitations, and pre-authorizations.

    Help resolve insurance-related patient questions regarding eligibility, estimates, and payments.
