Dental Surgical Coordinator Little Grins Sedation Dentistry

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Dental Surgical Coordinator to join our pediatric sedation dentistry practice.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience) Spanish Speaking is needed!

Responsibilities include: • Scheduling and coordinating patient surgical appointments • Communicating with parents regarding procedures and instructions • Coordinating with referral offices • Coordinating logistics with surgery centers • Managing paperwork, authorizations, and follow-ups • Assisting front desk and clinical teams as needed

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dental or medical coordinating role • Strong communication and multitasking skills • High level of responsibility and attention to detail • Positive team-player attitude

Preferred: • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
