    Job Description

    Our client is seeking an office-based Inside Sales Representative with an infectious, self-starting, determined positive attitude with a high drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish) with both B2B sales and orthodontic experience.

    Our client's Domestic Sales Team uses a consultative approach to sell a unique orthodontic product offering to orthodontists.

    Summary of Position:

    You will work to qualify leads from our partnerships with other beauty-related services, helping to drive growth by continually understanding the clients needs and maintaining a positive customer experience.  In this role, you will be instrumental in communicating with customers via phone and web-based tools to assist with positive patient outcomes.

    What Youll Do:

    • Meet and exceed KPIs including outbound and inbound customer calls to qualify for a future partnership
    • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, by understanding each accounts capabilities and gaps to recommend products that will ensure customers are well-equipped to treat patients and achieve positive patient outcomes
    • Collaborate within the External Sales Team to utilize effective information gathering methods, sales strategies, and emerging trends and buying patterns in the orthodontic industry
    • Partner with additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of our client's products

    What Were Looking For:

    • Previous experience conducting business over the phone, web-based video and via email
    • Proven record of successful B2B sales achievements and competitive sales experience, ideally as an Inside Sales Representative
    • HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree, highly desirable
    • Strong working knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft office suite
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Effectively communicating and building relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience
    • Orthodontic knowledge preferred, but not required. If not, must be willing to learn
    • Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus.
