Responsibilities: A Day in the Life In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll be at the center of both patient experience and office management, balancing communication, coordination, and leadership. You’ll manage patient communications (calls, texts, emails), optimize providers' schedules, present treatment plans, manage A/R, and ensure every patient interaction reflects the Breeze Dental standard of care. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize daily workflow for maximum efficiency • Educate patients on treatment plans and present cases with clarity and confidence • Manage insurance processes, including verification, claims submission, documentation, and appeals • Oversee patient accounts, process payments, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances • Lead, coach, and support the team to maintain smooth, efficient, and patient-focused operations Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Dental Experience Required – Prior experience in a dental office is a must, with strong knowledge of dental insurance, case presentation, and treatment coordination • Leadership Mindset – Ability to guide, support, and elevate team performance • Results-Driven – Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive patient retention and practice growth • Customer-Centric – Committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience at every touchpoint • Team-Oriented – Works collaboratively to ensure seamless daily operations Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
