Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordination: Guide patients through their periodontal treatment journey, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and options. Routinely follow up on patients with outstanding treatment needs.

Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and the dental team.

Financial Management: Present financials for recommended treatment, process payments, and assist patients with third party financing.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with periodontists, dental hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

Dental Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Radiology License (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
