- $70,000 To $90,000 Per Year (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities – Treatment Coordinator – Implant Dentistry
- Monday Through Friday
- Serve As the Main Point of Contact for Patients Throughout the Treatment Planning Process
- Review Clinical Findings with Patients and Clearly Present Treatment Plans and Procedures
- Educating Patients on The Benefits of Full-Mouth Dental Implants and Answer Questions with Confidence and Compassion
- Discuss Financing Options, Third-Party Payment Plans, And Out-Of-Pocket Costs in an Approachable and Transparent Way
- Coordinate Patient Scheduling for Consultations, Imaging, Surgeries, And Follow-Up Visits
- Collaborate Closely with Surgeons, Implant Coordinators, And Clinical Staff to Ensure Seamless Patient Handoffs and Accurate Case Presentation
- Follow Up with Leads and Inquiries, Helping Patients Who May Be Uncertain Take the Next Step
- Track Case Acceptance Metrics and Maintain Detailed Notes in the Practice Management Software
- Support Pre-Op and Post-Op Communication and Help Manage Expectations Throughout the Treatment Journey
Requirements – Implant Treatment Coordinator in Louisville, KY
- 2+ Years of Experience in a Dental, Medical, Or Surgical Practice (Dental Implant Experience Strongly Preferred)
- Comfortable Discussing High-Ticket Treatments and Financing with Patients
- Warm, Personable, And Able to Build Trust Quickly with Prospective Patients
- Strong Communication and Listening Skills, With A Passion for Patient Education
- Familiarity With Dental Terminology, Implant Procedures, And Case Presentation Software
- Experience Using Dental Practice Management Software (Open Dental, Dentrix, or Similar)
- Detail-Oriented and Organized, With the Ability to Manage Multiple Cases and Timelines
- Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced, Results-Driven Environment
