PGA Dentistry in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment/Insurance Coordinator to review Dental Treatment plan options and facilitate financial arrangements with our Patients.

Must have Dental Office experience.

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:

*Present dental treatment plan options to patients

*Assist patients with financial arrangements and 3rd party finance plans

*Enter treatment plans into Dentrix

*Oversee doctors surgical schedule in Dentrix

*New Patient arrangements

*PPO Insurance verification and reconciliation

*Social Media

*Patient Statements and accounts receivables from patients

*Ensure smooth patient flow
