Responsibilities:

Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, understandable manner

Coordinate scheduling of dental procedures and follow-up appointments

Discuss financial options, payment plans, and dental insurance benefits with patients

Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims accurately

Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and the clinical team

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in dental practice management software

Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans to improve case acceptance rates

Requirements:

Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare coordination role preferred

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning

Experience with dental insurance verification and billing

Proficiency in dental practice management software (Open Dental)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient relations skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Bilingual skills a plus
