You'll present treatment plans, explain costs, and ensure every parent feels informed and supported. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As the bridge between clinical care and family understanding, you’ll: • Present treatment options and cost estimates in a warm, informative, and reassuring way. • Prepare and explain treatment plans for hospital and sedation cases, including phased options. • Collect co-pays, down payments, and past-due balances at the time of service. • Follow up on unscheduled treatment to reactivate patient care. • Coordinate with referring offices and specialists for seamless communication. • Support front office operations, including phones, scheduling, and post-op instructions. • Review insurance breakdowns to ensure accurate financial coordination. • Contribute to patient retention and marketing by fostering outreach and appreciation for referrals. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in dental front office, treatment coordination, or case presentation. • Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology (pediatric experience a plus!). • Proficiency with dental software— Eaglesoft experience is a bonus. • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred. • Confident communicator with excellent time-management and presentation skills. • Compassionate professional who creates calm for even the most anxious parents and kids. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
