    The Dental Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting patients through their treatment journey by ensuring clear communication, financial transparency, and a positive patient experience. This role is responsible for presenting treatment plans, coordinating scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, and helping patients confidently move forward with recommended care. Key Responsibilities Treatment Coordination • Review and present treatment plans to patients and families in a clear and supportive manner. • Ensure patients/parents fully understand the recommended treatment, timeline, and financial options. • Answer questions regarding procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options. • Coordinate scheduling of treatment to ensure efficiency and patient convenience. • Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment. • Financial Coordination • Verify dental insurance benefits and provide accurate estimates for treatment. • Review financial arrangements and payment options with patients. • Collect payments, deposits, and process financial agreements as needed. • Maintain accurate documentation of financial discussions in patient records. Patient Experience • Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for all patients and families. • Communicate with empathy and professionalism, especially when discussing financial matters. • Help remove barriers that may prevent patients from moving forward with treatment. • Support the practice in maintaining strong patient relationships and trust. Scheduling & Practice Support • Coordinate treatment scheduling with clinical team members to maximize efficiency. • Work closely with providers and the front office team to ensure smooth patient flow. • Assist with managing unscheduled treatment reports. • Maintain organization of treatment coordination systems and documentation. Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000
