Agave Dental Care in El Paso, TX/NM is looking for a motivated and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator with the potential to grow into an Office Manager role. Responsibilities:

Present and explain treatment plans to patients clearly and compassionately, ensuring full understanding of procedures and costs

Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations to maintain a productive daily schedule

Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and assist patients with financing options

Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and case acceptance

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within dental practice management software

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care delivery

Support office operations and assist with administrative duties with potential to transition into an Office Manager role

Requirements:

Previous experience in a dental office, preferably as a treatment coordinator or front desk administrator

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing

Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Ability to discuss financial arrangements and treatment plans with confidence and empathy

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy dental environment

Leadership potential and desire to grow into an Office Manager position

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus in the El Paso community
