    High-Ticket Dental Sales Representative / Treatment Coordinator

    Summary:

    The High-Ticket Dental Sales Representative is responsible for converting qualified dental leads into scheduled and accepted treatment plans through ethical, patient-centered sales conversations. This role supports the practice’s revenue goals by presenting high-value dental services (such as cosmetic dentistry, implants, veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, and advanced procedures), building trust with patients, and guiding them confidently through their treatment and financial options.

    High-Ticket Dentistry Explained: High-ticket dentistry refers to expensive dental procedures that require significant financial investment. These may include complex cosmetic dentistry treatments (like veneers or full-mouth reconstructions), dental implants, orthodontics, and other advanced restorative procedures. As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, your role will involve helping patients understand the value and benefits of these treatments, as well as offering flexible payment options to make these procedures more accessible.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Presents and sells high-ticket dental treatment plans by clearly explaining clinical recommendations, benefits, and value to patients.*

    Builds strong, trust-based relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and long-term retention.*

    Follows up with new and existing leads via phone, text, email, and in-person consultations to convert interest into scheduled and accepted treatment.*

    Works closely with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure accurate treatment presentation and seamless patient experience.*

    Customizes financial solutions by explaining payment options, third-party financing, and internal payment plans to remove financial objections.*

    Tracks and manages leads, consultations, and case acceptance using the practice’s CRM or practice management software.*

    Continuously evaluates personal sales performance and adjusts approach to improve close rates and overall production.*

    Maintains accurate, organized documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-ups.*

    Stays informed on dental procedures, technology, and industry trends to confidently educate patients and answer questions.*

    Meets or exceeds monthly production, case acceptance, and revenue goals set by the practice.*

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in high-ticket sales, dental sales, medical sales, or treatment coordination

    Strong closing skills with a consultative, patient-first approach

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Confidence discussing pricing, financing, and long-term treatment value

    Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven

    Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales targets

    Education / Experience

    High school diploma or GED required

    Dental office experience strongly preferred

    2–4 years of high-ticket sales, medical/dental sales, or patient coordination experience preferred

    Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
