    Currently, we are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO As the Human Resources Assistant, your main responsibility will be to work closely with the Human Resources Manager and assist in building a talent strategy and executing recruitment needs for the business.  The Human Resources Assistant will be the first point of contact for applicants who express interest in joining the Dental Views team. You'll work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure a first-class candidate experience. You successfully manage competing priorities and are consistently thinking of new ways to improve the candidate experience. You enthusiastically take on other assignments as needed to support your team!

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Facilitate the internal and external recruitment process by managing job requisitions, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, etc.
    • Recruit across multiple departments including but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.
    • Post positions to various job boards and review applicants
    • Utilize the HRIS and or ATS to stay up to date on applicant status and candidate communication
    • Coordinate and prepare onboarding schedules and new hire materials
    • Assist with HR programs and initiatives as needed, especially in key areas relating to recruitment, onboarding, internship programs, etc.
    • Other work as assigned, which will include duties related to HR

    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

    • At least 1 year of HR experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting
    • Prior experience in using an HRIS and ATS
    • Experience managing 10+ requisitions at a given time
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities
