Currently, we are looking for a TEMPORARY ACCOUNTANT (2-3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Establish the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions
• Help with month-end closings and contributes to annual closing
• Making journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
• Responsible for making payroll journal entries
• Process monthly accruals, prepaids, depreciation/amortization, etc.
• Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries
• Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement and other necessary reports

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance
• Knowledge in GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must know how to use accounting software, such as SAGE Intacct
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
