Currently, we are looking for a TEMPORARY ACCOUNTING CLERK (2-3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties
• Process invoices for payment
• Proactively track purchase orders and properly match and validate data between PO and invoice
• Maintaining files and records
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests; assisting with discrepancy reconciliation
• Organizing and routing accounts payable reporting and weekly disbursements file for review
• Reconcile vendor statements upon receipt
• Performing data entry and spreadsheet management
• Assist with monthly close, AP accrual journal entries, and bank statement reconciliation
• Duties as assigned by

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting/finance
• Knowledge in GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must know how to use accounting software, such as SAGE Intacct
