About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Big Sky Smiles and Sedation in Missoula, MT, as an experienced Dental Front Desk professional! You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.

Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits in a timely manner.

Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Manage patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Process payments and handle insurance claims accurately.

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Assist with marketing efforts and patient follow-ups as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental front desk role.

Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential.

Proficient in dental software and scheduling systems.
