Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans confidently and help patients move forward with recommended care

Build rapport and trust with patients while explaining financial and insurance options

Proactively bring in new patients and help them start treatment

Support the clinical team in ensuring a smooth patient experience

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in dental sales

Strong closing and communication skills

Ability to connect with patients on both a professional and personal level

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Must be self-motivated, personable, and results-driven
