About the Role:

Magic Dental Lawrenceville is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Lawrence Township, NJ. This is a great opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day. Spanish language is required. Salary is depend on experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front desk experience

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff

Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-payments

Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories

Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth daily patient flow

Handle administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and office supply management

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix or similar)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
