We are looking for individuals to inspect and document exterior conditions of commercial properties.  Inspections include walking throughout the property documenting and taking pictures of the landscaping, irrigation, parking lots, etc.  Inspection information and pictures are entered into a computer while on location and reviewed with location management.  An ideal position for retirees or an individual with a versatile schedule who wants to be active and generate some income doing so.  This will require travel throughout the local/regional area.  Occasional overnight travel may be necessary. This position is part time.

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  A smile, positive attitude and service oriented with good communication skills.  General exterior maintenance knowledge preferred.  Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, doing data entry and basic computer skills.   Dependable transportation and State DMV Record required.  Must have or are willing to get and maintain auto liability policy coverage of $500,000.
