This practice is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice located in the heart of Abilene, KS. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our team. Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time General Dentist to provide high-quality comprehensive dental care. With no specialists in town, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of procedures, including surgical extractions, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and more. The right candidate will have the opportunity to be immediately busy and productive in our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures
• Opportunity to expand into surgical extractions, endodontics, cosmetic procedures, implants, and more
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and provide exceptional patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical best practices
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Kansas dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation based on percentage of production
• Estimated annual earnings: $160,000 – $400,000
