We're hiring a part-time General Dentist (8–12 days/month) to replace a $130,000/month producer at a highly productive, primarily FFS practice located in Clarksville, IN — just across the river from Louisville, KY. This is a rare opportunity to step into immediate volume, strong PPO/FFS reimbursement, and a doctor-first culture built around education, autonomy, and long-term partnership.

Compensation Highlights

• 35% of Collections

• 50% Lab Fee Split (with reduced rates through preferred partners)

• Negotiable Daily Guarantee for your first 90–120 days

At $130,000/month in production, this role earns:
→ $45,500/month = $546,000/year (full-time equivalent)
→ Adjusted accordingly for 2–3 days/week

Schedule & Practice Hours

• 8–12 days/month (2–3 days/week)

• Practice open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Overview

• 5-operatory, 2,042 SF practice

• Established, loyal patient base with consistent new patient flow

• Team includes:

  • 1 General Dentist

  • 2 Registered Dental Hygienists

  • 1.5 Dental Assistants

  • 1.5 Front Desk

  • 1 Office Manager

• Strong administrative systems and clinical support

• Primarily Fee-for-Service with some PPO
