Step into a very busy, well-supported private group practice in Grants, NM with an on-site, full-time Owner Dentist and a strong hygiene engine that consistently feeds restorative and comprehensive dentistry.

This role is opening due to a planned transition : our current associate is producing ~$80,000/month , and while they've not yet given formal notice , they've shared they expect to relocate this summer. We're planning ahead to ensure a smooth handoff and protect patient access.

Experienced dentists are preferred, but we're also open to a graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and eager to grow in a high-support environment.

• Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Simple to moderate extractions
• Endo experience is a plus (or interest in expanding endo skills is welcomed)
