The Opportunity

• Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: Flexible for 2026 graduates / 2026 residents

Compensation & Structure

Tiered Collections Compensation (99% RCM / Collections Rate):

• 30% of collections under $60,000
• 32% of collections $60,000–$80,000
• 34% of collections over $80,000

Daily Guarantee: $700/day for the first 90 days
No lab or supply fees (and no adjustments)
