A busy, well-established PPO & FFS private dental practice in Keller, TX (North Fort Worth area) is seeking a confident, seasoned General Dentist to step in as Clinical Lead.

This role will be advertised in Fort Worth to reach top talent—however, the practice location and daily worksite are in Keller, TX. If you're Fort Worth-based (or relocating to the Fort Worth area), this is an easy commute to a high-performing practice with a clear path to equity.

What You'll Step Into (Keller Practice)

• Immediate Clinical Leadership Role: Lead clinical decision-making from day one in a thriving, high-demand practice
• Established Patient Base: Strong patient volume with overflow and referrals from a network of 18+ GPs
• Advanced Clinical Systems & Tech: 5 GP Ops / 3 Hygiene Ops , OpenDental, iTero, Rotary Endo & Implant Systems
• Full Team Support: * 2 FT RDHs (including a 12-year veteran utilizing assisted hygiene 3x/week) * 3 DAs dedicated to hygiene and doctor columns * Strong front-to-back systems and experienced operations leadership in place

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for a seasoned GP who enjoys leading, producing, and building long-term:

Clinical Strengths (Preferred):

• Implant placement & surgical extractions
• Cosmetic dentistry, clear aligners, facial esthetics
• Molar endodontics

Practice & Leadership Fit:

• Comfortable managing high-volume flow, including checking multiple hygiene chairs
• Willing to deliver same-day treatment for emergencies and minor procedures
• Efficient chair utilization (running 2–3 chairs ) with strong assistant support

Compensation, Bonus & Partnership Path

• $20,000 Signing Bonus
• Tiered Collections-Based Pay (98% collection rate): * 30% for collections under $60K * 32% for $60K–$80K * 34% for $80K+
• Projected Earnings Example: Collecting $90,000/month = $27,800/month (~ $333,600/year )
• Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days (negotiable based on history and market)
• Full-time W-2 employed position
• No lab or supply fees when using in-formulary vendors
