• 5-operatory, 2,042 SF practice

• Established, loyal patient base with consistent new patient flow

• Team includes:

  • 1 General Dentist

  • 2 Registered Dental Hygienists

  • 1.5 Dental Assistants

  • 1.5 Front Desk

  • 1 Office Manager

• Strong administrative systems and clinical support

• Primarily Fee-for-Service with some PPO
