Part-Time Schedule (12 Days/Month)

• Mondays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Alternating Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Efficient GP scheduling with strong support from assistants and a high-performing front office.

Compensation Structure

• Daily Guarantee for the first 3–6 months

• Collections-Based Tiers:

  • First $35K/mo: 30%

  • $35K–$40K: 31%

  • $40K–$45K: 32%

  • Over $45K: 33%

• Collection Rate: 99%+

‍⚕ Clinical Requirements

We're looking for a clinically advanced General Dentist who can confidently perform:

• Bread & butter restorative at a high standard

• Endo: Mandibular molar endo preferred (complex cases and select maxillary molars can be referred out)

• Oral surgery: Surgical extractions preferred (impacted thirds/full bony/horizontal can be referred)

• Advanced restorative dentistry (crowns/bridges, comprehensive treatment planning)

• Preferred: Implant placement experience or interest in expanding surgical/restorative scope
