Our doctor-led private group is expanding in Sedona and Cottonwood, Arizona , and seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our advanced, comprehensive-care team. This position offers the autonomy and financial upside of private practice, paired with the support and mentorship of a larger doctor network.

Practice Details

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 4–5 clinical days per week

Practice Overview:

• Thriving, high-tech practices with 25–30 new patients per doctor each month

• Comprehensive scope — very little referred out

• CERECs, scanners, CBCT, and soft-tissue lasers on-site

• Strong, experienced clinical and business support team

• Collaborative culture across multiple doctor-led offices

Compensation & Benefits

• Forecasted First-Year Compensation: $230,400 – $288,000

• $1,200 Daily Guarantee

• $25,000 Signing Bonus

• Relocation Reimbursement Available

• Percentage of Collections with high earning potential

• All lab fees covered

Clinical Environment

• Advanced clinical mix including Restorative, Endodontic, Surgical, and Implant Dentistry

• Fully digital workflow with CEREC, CBCT, intraoral scanners, and laser technology

• Dentrix PMS for efficient scheduling, charting, and treatment presentation

You're a confident, patient-centered General Dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and growth.
Experience or interest in:

• Implants and Advanced Surgery

• Complex Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry
