About the Position
A male General Dentist is needed for a large, community-based outpatient health organization located in Brooklyn, NY. Only male applicants will be considered for this role.
Schedule
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Candidates must be willing to work Sundays.
Requirements
2–3 years of clinical experience in General Dentistry
New graduates will not be considered
Experience providing full-scope General Dentistry in an outpatient setting
Comfort collaborating with General, Pediatric, and Periodontic specialists

Compensation & Benefits
Bi-weekly salary
Base compensation typically around $175,000 for a 40-hour schedule, negotiable for exceptional candidates
Productivity Bonus Structure:
Based on annual patient volume targets (easily attainable according to leadership)
Quality Bonus:
Based on professionalism, timeliness, chart completion, and other performance standards
