    About the Position:

    Established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) seeking an experienced DDS or DMD to join a mission-driven organization providing comprehensive dental care to underserved and low-income populations in the Dayton, Ohio area. This opportunity is ideal for a confident, self-sufficient provider who is comfortable practicing independently in a community health setting.

    Position Requirements:

    • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
    • Active Ohio dental license or ability to obtain
    • Valid DEA license
    • Current CPR/AED certification
    • Previous clinical experience required — no new graduates
    • Experience working with underserved or low-income populations preferred
    • Ability to work independently with limited onsite mentorship

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing comprehensive general dentistry services within scope of training
    • Maintaining a full patient schedule in both clinic and community settings
    • Utilizing modern diagnostic and treatment techniques
    • Prescribing medications and treatment plans as appropriate
    • Coordinating care with specialists and support staff
    • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, infection control, and credentialing standards
    • Delivering compassionate, accessible, and efficient patient care
