    About the POSITION:

    A full-time General Dentist opportunity is available at a well-established and highly regarded multi-location dental group practice, with a strong reputation for patient-centered care and professional development. This position is based at the Flemington, NJ location—a vibrant community known for its historic charm, family-friendly neighborhoods, excellent schools, and convenient access to both New York City and Philadelphia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of oral health needs

    • Deliver high-quality general dentistry services with compassion and clinical excellence

    • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options

    • Maintain accurate treatment records and monitor patient progress

    • Ensure compliance with state dental board requirements and regulatory agencies

    • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care

    • Address clinical concerns promptly and accurately

    • Provide a caring and supportive environment to every patient

    Requirements:

    • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school

    • Completion of a General Practice Residency or at least 1 year of clinical experience in a U.S. dental practice

    • Active state dental license in good standing

    • Eligibility to be credentialed with commercial and government insurance programs

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficiency in routine checkups, restorative care, and general procedures

    • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, clinical decision making, and patient engagement
