About the POSITION

This opportunity is based at a long-established, community-focused dental practice located in the heart of Florissant, Missouri, a historic suburb in North St. Louis County known for its strong working-class roots, diverse families, and close-knit neighborhoods. The practice sits along a main corridor with heavy local traffic and serves a broad patient base ranging from school-aged children to multi-generation families.

A nearby partner practice in the same region also supports this location’s operations and patient volume, offering additional stability and collaboration without the need for travel. Together, these practices have built a trusted reputation in the area for accessible, quality care and high patient satisfaction.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week

  • Fridays 8–3 are required

  • Candidate selects the other two days

• Start Date: February 2026

• Role: General Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in all aspects of general dentistry

• Clinical Requirements:

  • Molar endodontics is required

  • Comfortable treating children ages 7–17 as well as adults

• Practice Type: High-volume, blue-collar patient demographic with a balanced mix of PPO and Medicaid (approx. 50/50)

• New Patients: 80–100 new patients per month, ensuring a full and consistent schedule

About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

• Daily Guarantee: $950–$1,000/day for the first 5 months

• Production Compensation: Transition to 32–34% of collections (based on experience)

• Continuing Education: $2,000 annual CE allowance

• Malpractice: Fully covered if joining the practice’s policy
