Schedule

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements

• Active General Dentistry license in the state of Indiana
• Commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care

Insurance Participation

About Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 – $200,000+ collections
• Up to 35% of collections
