A well-established and growing dental practice in Maryland is seeking a full-time general dentist with 3–5+ years of clinical experience and a desire to grow into a leadership role. Position Overview:
– Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7am–4pm, Friday 7am–2pm
– High-volume practice with 9,000+ active patients and consistent monthly new patient flow
– Multi-specialty model with in-house support (including ortho, pedo, endo, and oral surgery)
– Mix of 80% PPO and 20% FFS
– Must be comfortable with a broad scope of general dentistry and patient care
– DDS or DMD with active license in Maryland
– Completion of a general dentistry residency preferred
– Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and a growth mindset are essential

Compensation & Benefits:
