General Dentist – Established, High-Volume Practice | Gaithersburg, MD

Quince Orchard Dental is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its dynamic, multi-specialty team in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Serving the community since 2011, this thriving practice offers a robust patient base, advanced clinical support, and a collaborative team environment where growth and excellence are part of the culture.

With a highly skilled team of 9 dentists, 4 hygienists, and 22 operatories, the practice sees a mix of 80% PPO and 20% fee-for-service patients and welcomes over 130 new patients each month. This is a full-scope general dentistry position with in-house access to Ortho, Pedo, Oral Surgery, and Endodontics.

Position Overview
– Location: Gaithersburg, MD
– Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
– Active patient base: 9,050+
– Must have 3–5 years of clinical experience (required)
– DDS or DMD with active Maryland license in good standing
– Residency training preferred but not required
– Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
– Must be prevention-focused, growth-oriented, and an excellent communicator

Compensation & Benefits
