Position Overview:

A community health center in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a dedicated and experienced dentist to join their outpatient clinic. This role is critical due to the recent retirement of a dentist and the ongoing training of new dental residents, resulting in increased demand for dental services. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running, providing high-quality care to an underserved patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive dental care in an outpatient setting.

• Collaborate with a team of dental professionals.

• Manage a diverse caseload, addressing a wide range of dental health needs.

• Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinic protocols.

Schedule:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts.

• Occasional flexibility may be required to meet patient needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $154,200 – $231,300 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Relocation Allowance: $10,000
