A well-respected dental office in Newington, CT is seeking a skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate brings at least 3–5 years of clinical experience, has a passion for preventive care, and thrives in a patient-first environment. About the Practice:
– Active patient base of 1,900
– Mix of 60% PPO / 40% FFS
– 3 doctor chairs / 2 hygiene chairs
– Technology: Digital X-rays, iTero Scanner
– Schedule: Monday through Friday

Ideal Candidate:
– DDS or DMD with an active CT license in good standing
– 3–5 years of clinical experience required
– GPR or AEGD training preferred
– Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
– Excellent communication and chairside manner
– Eager to grow with the practice and contribute to its success
